Devil is a Citizen of Halloween Town from The Nightmare Before Christmas. He is red, has horns and a barbed tail, as many devils tend to have. He also has teeth, a goatee, and a pointy nose.
He might be the one being depicted by Lock as he wears a Devil costume. He is voiced in the movie by Greg Proops.
