Fritz Ygor was a possibly German Hunchback servant of Doctor Henry Frankenstein, his main job was to help Frankenstein steal body parts for his "creation". He is later sent to find a perfect brain for the monster but he accidentally destroys it so he steals a retarded mind instead. Pretty much as soon as the Creature was born he starts to torment it, eventually the creature snaps and kills Fritz by hanging him with his own whip.
