General Wellington is a resident of the Land of the Dead. He appears as a skeleton wearing an old dragoons uniform and he has a monocle and a mustache. One of his most distinctive features is that he has a hole in his ribcage from a cannonball, meaning he probably died in combat. Although they should probably have been enemies in life, he is often seen with General Bonesapart. General Wellington is seen at Victoria's wedding party and is last seen at Victor and Emily's wedding. He and Victoria became great friends. He visits Victor and Victoria every Halloween.
