making hats from rats and bats
The Harlequin Demon is a bizarre beast that lived inside the rubbish bins of Halloween Town. He is shown to be friends with the Wolfman and the Melting Man. During the toy making sequence, he is shown making hats from bats and rats, using a wooden mallet. He is later seen with the other monsters admiring the snow in all its splendor as it fell.
