Mega Charizard is the evolved form of Charizard when exposed to a mega stone.

X and Y

In the new Pokemon games X and Y, many fully evolved Pokemon such as Charizard can further evolver into stronger forms.

When Charizard is exposed to a mega stone it evolves into a larger stronger Pokemon. It has a new ability called Drought, and new moves can be learned.
