From thesecond Doctor story the Wheel in Space the Servo Robots were hard wotking fix it robots that patroled the asformentiond Wheel. One sutch Servo Robot piloted the spaceship The Silver Carrier where it assulted the second Doctor and Jamie but the Doctor maneged to outsmart it and escape.
