The Tattoo Parlor Gremlin is a Gremlin that was spawned by either Daffy, Lenny or George. He quickly joined in on the mayhem. Near the end of the chaos, he is seen giving a Warner Brothers tattoo to the Tattoo Gremlin. Later, he dies along with the rest of The New Batch.
