The Executioner worked for the Red Queen were as his name suggests he executes people that displeased the Red Queen. At one point in his career he was assigned to behead The Mad Hatter, before killing the Hatter he asks him to remove his hat, but the Hatter asks to keep it on, the Executioner says its okay, but as he swings down the axe the Hatter disappears and turns into the Cheshire Cat who floats away, leaving the Executioner and the other crimes somewhat bewildered.
