Verne is one of the supporting antagonists of Treasure Planet. He is an alien pirate in John Silver's crew who seems to be a crossbreed of a blue gecko (having suction cups for hands and feet) and a fish (as evidenced by his merman-resembling tail) with gray horns and small black spikes on top of his head.
He is voiced by Paul Eiding.
