From the second Doctor Who story The Mind Robber.
When the Jamie and Zoe are all tempted outside, they become lost and start imaging their old home, E.G. Jamie = Scotland, they become separated and lost, eventually when they find each other, their circled but the robot's. Then they suddenly disappear being replaced by a ghostly image of Jamie and Zoe gesturing for them to come closer, suddenly the doctor appears and rushes them to safety just before the robots fire their chest laser.
